After 15 or more years…
Jun 4th
Sunday I got to see my step-brother. I have not seen him in probably 15 years. Way too long! Man, is he big!
For those of you that have no idea what I am talking about. Jon (my step-dad) had a son Jon and he came to visit the Wallin side of the family this weekend. He brought his girlfriend Tracy and from what we can tell they had a good time. I hope we will get to see them again sooner than later.
We took some pictures to remember their first trip to Texas. We were all very excited and can’t wait to see them again!
Philip and I think he looks just like his Daddy! Take a look at the pics and let us know what you think.
Our Anniversary
Oct 29th
We made it! Philip and I just celebrated our 1 year anniversary this past weekend and it was AWESOME!!! He surprised me with the Broadway touring muscial Wicked. Well, first we went to a Hibachi restaraunt, Kobe Steakhouse then we went to the play! This was only on Friday!
Philip then surprised me by taking me camping for the rest of the weekend. We went up into the Texas Panhandle to a place called Caprock Canyon State Park. It was soooooo beautiful! We stayed from Saturday to Monday. Which, by the way, were the best days to go! We pretty much had the entire park to ourselves. We went hiking and just hung out together. It was very relaxing. Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself how beautiful it is. We highly recommend going for anyone that likes hiking, climbing, or horseback riding.
New York City, Baby!
Jun 3rd
So it took Philip FOREVER to upload the pictures from my trip, but here they are..
While Philip was off traveling the world, I thought I should become more worldly as well. I took a short trip up to NYC to visit Rae and Marshall and to see the big city!
Forgive me, I did not take many pictures as I didn’t want to look like a tourist, but i hope you enjoy the ones I did take. It was a very fun time and I can’t wait to get back. We saw Jeff Goldblum while walking back from watching “The Producers“, a hilarious broadway musical. I tried sushi for the first time (still up in the air on it really), ate cheap Indian food, ate at the original Katz’s, and some more that just escapes me right now. Can you tell we just finished eating?
Saw some great sights and enjoyed great company. Enjoy the pics!
